The 1 billion step challenge is an integral part of Nahdi application and it is compliant with The same terms and conditions of Nahdi application.
Nahdi company can change or modify or update these policies or terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Download or use the 1 Billion step challenge is considering as permission or agreement of the terms and conditions of the application and to participate in the 1 billion step challenge.
You acknowledge the following:
1. Understand that your participation in this competition is a personal choice and you are not forced or obliged to participate.
2. Allow completely to collect, use, and dissemination of personal information that attach through this application with the following features.
Privacy Policy
This 1 billion step challenge privacy Notice explains the privacy practices of Nahdi company (“we” ,”our” ,”us”) with respect to the information collected through the Nahdi or 1 billion step application , connected application and associated accessories(1 billion step challenge).
This application includes the terms and conditions of users information that supplied to Nahdi company.
It also includes policies relating Mobile Application and Nuhdeek system and the gifts in the Mobile application.
1.WHAT INFORMATION IS SHARED WITH US: If you use 1 billion step challenge without logging in to your Nuhdeek account , we collect and store the following information that you provide directly or generate through your use of 1 billion step challenge.

• Data of birth
• Gender
• Height and weight
• Nickname
• Your avatar
• Your resident city

If you use 1 billion step challenge social networking service via our communication feature “ enhanced features “ , we may collect and store the following additional information so that you and other users you select can share each other’s profiles and activity logs:

• Nickname, your avatar
• Steps, burned calories , distance and other activity logs

If you use 1 billion step challenge while logged in to your Nuhdeek account , we may collect and store the following additional information that you provide directly or generate through your use of 1 billion step:

• Connected accessories make , model, identifiers
• Profile and activity-related information
• Fitness and nutrition-related information
• Gifts section in Nuhdeek account

2. WHAT WE DO WITH THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT:
We use information to provide services or features that you request , including data back-up and sync services for Nuhdeek account users , to offer customized content and recommendations, and to provide optimized service combined to compatible Nuhdeek services. We may also conduct data analysis and statistics to improve our services.

• Your non-personal information such as nickname and number of steps may be use in the organization and management of the competition as part of the assessment efforts or if their need for legal purposes. And thus likely to share.
• Nahdi company that owns the right to delete your steps from the mobile application when you log in from more than one phone with same Nuhdeek card number, it’s prohibited to log in from different devices (more than one) by the same Nuhdeek account.
• Nuhdeek card information will be shared with the mobile application and the 1 billion step, will only be used by Nahdi company for use within a narrow framework for the purpose of monitoring and recording, and the announcement of the results of the steps and gifts , this and agree on the distribution of my own to certain other parties only. That the gifts will be added to the client's Nuhdeek card in the gift section and are reviewed by the pharmacist, so the customer can redeem his gift.
• Nahdi company that provides the ability to share your steps (daily, weekly, monthly), your steps ranking among your friends and your gifts, they under the user's responsibility and Nahdi company is not responsible for this information which it has been published.
• With your consent, we may send promotional push notification to your mobile device.
• Nahdi Medical Company has the right to use personal information such as name, weight, age and sex that you put in the mobile application for the purposes of competition management.

Terms and Conditions of using the mobile Application
The 1 billion step challenge also encourage users to walk effectively and offers tools to assist users. It also provides shortcuts of certain designated applications that a user downloads to his\her device.
All information provided by any and all preloaded application is for general recreational purpose only. Nahdi does not accept any responsibility for its accuracy. You acknowledge and agree that the available functions, features, and addable applications for 1 billion step challenge may vary from country to country due to different local laws and regulations.
The 1 billion step challenge is intended for wellness and fitness purposes only and is not intended for use in the diagnosis of disease or other conditions, or treatment, or prevention of disease. The 1 billion step challenge and any information and\or services intended for use in the detection, diagnosis, monitoring management or treatment of any medical condition, disease or vital physiological processes or for the transmission of time sensitive health information.
Any health related information found herein and any materials or information acquired and\or accessed through the 1 billion step challenge and is available only for your convenience and should not be related as medical advice from physician, in particular before embarking on any new lifestyle or regimen and users should not self-diagnose any aliment.
Unless otherwise expressly stated or legally required, the 1 billion step challenge is provided with no warranties.
Any information that you obtain from using the 1 billion step challenge may not be suitable, accurate, complete or reliable. THE SERVICES DO NOT CONTAIN OR CONSTITUTE, AND SHOULD NOT BE INTERPRETED AS, MEDICAL ADVICE OR OPINION. You should always consult a qualified and licensed medical professional prior to beginning or modifying any diet or exercise program.
Admitted that, after a review of a specialist doctor that walking does not negatively affect my health and I am medically fit to practice this sport.

• A. If you register as a gust (without logging in Nuhdeek account), you cannot redeem your gift.
• B. If you register with your Nuhdeek card number, you can redeem the gift, which will be shown in the “My Gifts“ section.
• C. The campaign duration will identify by Nahdi Medical Company.
• D. The winner must be logged in Nuhdeek to get his gift (voucher) and he/she will be informed of this.
• E. For the winners who didn't login, we'll send them notifications for 3 days, and if they still not logged in during this period, we'll take them out of the list and update the ranking. This means, the next user in ranking will take his rank.

Terms and Conditions for vouchers:

• 1. The first voucher (for the top 10 users): A voucher worth 500 SAR (five hundred Saudi Riyals only) to be redeemed on Nahdi pharmacies. These vouchers are available for the top 10 users who their ranking are the highest on the ranking list ( only in Saudi Arabia) this voucher will be divided into four weeks, every week increase the number of winners is as the following:
  First week: one winner
  Second week: 2 winners
  Third week: 3 winners
  Fourth week: 4 winners
• 2. The second voucher (for 500 users): A voucher worth 50 SAR (fifty Saudi Riyals only) to be redeemed on Nahdi pharmacies. These vouchers are available for the next 500 users how achieved the highest number of steps according to ranking list (only in Saudi Arabia) this voucher will be divided into four weeks, the number of winners increases every week as the following:
  First week: 50 winners
  Second week: 100 winners
  Third week: 150 winners
  Fourth week: 200 winners
• 3. The third voucher (for 3500 users): A voucher worth 20 SAR (twenty Saudi Riyals only) to be redeemed on Nahdi Pharmacies and this voucher is available for the next 3500 users how achieved the highest number of steps according to ranking list in the mobile application (only in Saudi Arabia) this voucher will be divided into four weeks, the number of winners increases every week as the following:
  First week: 500 winners
  Second week: 700 winners
  Third week: 1000 winners
  Fourth week: 1300 winners
• 4. The fourth voucher (for 7000 users): A voucher worth 10 SAR (ten Saudi Riyals only) to be redeemed on Nahdi pharmacies. These vouchers are available to the next 7000 users how achieved the highest number of steps according to the ranking list in the mobile application (only in Saudi Arabia) this voucher will be divided into four weeks, the number of winners increases every week as the following:
  First week: 1000 winners
  Second week: 1500 winners
  Third week: 2000 winners
  Fourth week: 2500 winners

Validity gifts:
The validity date is 28 February 2017 after that date the voucher will be canceled by the system if the user didn’t redeem from the winning date.
Proprietary Rights and Licenses
All articles, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, page layouts, design and other material available on of through 1 billion step challenge and Nahdi application and all intellectual property rights therein belong to Nahdi company.
Except as expressly provided herein, you are not entitled to use and shall have no interest in these 1 billion step and Nahdi or any data generated by other users of the 1 billion step challenge.
You acknowledge that you have only a revocable and limited right to use 1 billion steps challenge subject to these terms and conditions.
You are not permitted, except where expressly authorized in writing to do so, to change, adapt, copy store, publish, rent, license, sublicense, sell, hire, lend or distribute in any way any of these 1 billion step contents or to do any other act or omit to do any other act which may harm or otherwise prejudice any of these 1 billion step challenge contents.
