Eng. Hani Ismail holds a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from King AbdulAziz University. He started his career with P&G in 1995 as a Reliability Technical Manager, building his portfolio of successful projects that complemented his leadership style resulting in the attainment of Saudi Arabia Country Manager.
His 24 years with P&G provided great exposure on both a local and international level, this included operational assignments as reflected in his assignment within Germany building installation projects worth $100 Million. Eng. Hani effectively managed the implementation of Quality Assurance across 12 sites within Europe, Africa & the Middle East. By the early 2000’s, Eng. Hani branched into Brand Management covering Baby Care, Hair Care, Fem Care, Food & Paper for over a ten year span. His initial category portfolio started with $30 Million in revenue, his growth and efforts within Brand Management can be seen as his latest portfolio generated $1.4 Billion annually.
Eng. Hani has recently joined Nahdi as Chief Marketing Officer. He was inspired by the values and principles of Nahdi, finding it an easy decision to join our Nahdawiya culture. He is the proud father of 4 kids and focuses on his health through Martial Arts.
